FMP 3.0: fever dream is an act of collective reflection, healing, and awakening. The listener is drawn into a sound world that swirls from displaced fragments of memory to moments of clarity, eventually opening into something luminous. Each composer’s work exists as both an individual voice and part of a larger chorus, exploring what it means to live, create, and exist as a woman, shaped by experiences of mental health, as the music moves from states of feeling stuck, tethered, and bound toward freedom and release.

escape for a moment
in this visceral journey towards radical expression
scraping, licking, pulling, gnarling, raging
your skin holds every bit of you together until
the inside finds a way out
this flesh is where we live,
where we stake our claim,
take up space, stand strong,
own our sexuality,
channel our anger,
and claim our freedom
we are powerful in this skin

For elevating stories of suffering and joy. For raising awareness of injustice. For shining a light on a culture of musical-patriarchal deification. Whether you come with caution and leave with curiosity, come as a victim and find a voice, or come as an ally and feel a sense of community - I founded Forward Music Project for you.
For mothers. For sisterhood. For brave storytellers and quiet listeners. I sing, I gasp, I fight, I breathe life into the work of these fearless artists. I founded Forward Music Project for you. And you are not alone.
